The newly sworn-in Governor of Osun State, Ademola Adeleke has made some appointments as he kicked off his administration on Sunday.
VANTAGE NEWS reports that Adeleke of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) emerged the winner of the gubernatorial election held months ago, defeating then incumbent, Gboyega Oyetola of the ruling All Progressives Party.
Adeleke appointed a some aides a few hours after he took oath of office with his deputy, Kola Adewusi, at the Osogbo City Stadium on Sunday.
The Governor approved the appointment of Kazeem Akinleye as his Chief of Staff and Teslim Igbalaye as the Secretary to the State Government (SSG).
Adeleke, who personally announced the names of the new aides, also appointed Olawale Rasheed as his spokesperson.
