Chelsea has announced Graham Potter as the club’s new manager a day after sacking Thomas Tuchel.
Recall that Tuchel was sacked on Wednesday morning, a few hours after suffering an embarrassing defeat away to Dynamo Zagreb in the Champions League.
In a statement on Thursday, the club announced the former Brighton and Hove Albion coach as the club’s manager.
“Chelsea Football Club is delighted to welcome Graham Potter as our new Head Coach, joining us on a five-year contract to bring his progressive football and innovative coaching to the Club.” the club statement read.
