Reno Omokri has given a reason why he stopped supporting the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi.
Omokri, who is a former aide to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, is popular for using his social media handles to attack the candidacy of Obi and his growing supporters.
VANTAGE NEWS reports that Omokri had in the past stated that Obi was qualified to be Nigeria’s president given his pedigree and integrity.
In a tweet on Tuesday morning, Omokri stated that he withdrew his support for Peter Obi over the failure of the former Governor of Anambra State to properly address an issue he raised over a particular supporter on Twitter.
According to Omokri, the supporter who he refered to as “the main Obedient on Twitter,” who poses as a female is an IPOB agent in Abuja.
