Reactions have continued to trail the meeting between former President Olusegun Obasanjo and the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, in London on Thursday.
VANTAGE NEWS had reported that the former Governor of Anambra State was seen in a group photo with Obasanjo alongside the Governors of Rivers, Abia and Benue, Nyesom Wike, Okezie Ikeazu and Samuel Ortom.
The African Action Congress (AAC) presidential candidate, Omoyele Sowore, while reacting, said the wages of the aforementioned individuals at the meeting in London are more than what Nigerian workers in ten states receive in a month.
Sharing the photo taken at the meeting, Sowore tweeted, “These are the special citizens of Nigeria earning maximum wage! The wages of these individuals meeting in London to decide their “fate” is way more than those of Nigerian workers in 10 states of the federation in 1 month.”
