The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), on Wednesday, declared Instagram celebrity, Ismaila Mustapha, also known as Mompha, wanted.
EFCC had in a statement signed by its spokesperson, Wilson Uwujaren declared Mompha wanted over “alleged case of Retention of Proceeds of Criminal Conduct, Possession of Document Containing False Pretences, False Assets Declaration and Laundering of Proceeds of Unlawful Conduct.”
VANTAGE NEWS reports that the ‘wanted’ notice was posted on the commission’s social media handles.
The statement read: “The general public is hereby notified that Ismaila Mustapha, whose photograph appears above is wanted by the EFCC in an alleged case of Retention of Proceeds of Criminal Conduct, Possession of Document Containing False Pretences, False Assets Declaration and Laundering of Proceeds of Unlawful Conduct.”
The commission urged members of the public with useful information to contact any of it’s offices across the country.
