Nollywood actress and one of the star characters in the popular TV sitcom The Johnsons, Ada Ameh is reportedly dead.
According to The Nation, Ada died on Sunday in Warri, Delta State.
It was gathered that ‘The Johnsons’ star, collapsed and died around 11 pm on Sunday.
The actress who had on June 15 opened up about her battle with mental health, had said the issue was gradually taking her life but she believes that she will not die and will get over it.
It was gathered that she was rushed to the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation’s hospital but passed on before they arrived at the facility.
Ameh was born on May 15, 1974, in Ajegunle, Lagos. She shared a video of her eating with the family around 12:53 pm on Sunday on her official Instagram page.
The popular actress has featured in several movies, including the movie ‘Domitilla’ where she played the role of Anita in 1996. The was mostly featured as a comic character, especially in the series The Johnsons where she was known as Emuakpo Johnson.
