Reno Omokri, a former aide to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan has come under heavy criticism for his continuous verbal attack on the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi.
VANTAGE NEWS reports that Omokri had in recent weeks launched unprovoked verbal attacks on Obi and his supporters commonly known as “Obidients.”
In one of his tweets, Omokri accused Obi of insulting the presidential candidate of the New Nigeria Peoples Party, Rabiu Kwankwaso. Many Nigerians on Twitter had since blasted Omokri for intentionally twisting Obi’s statements to suit his maligning narrative and continuous assassination of Obi’s character.
He had also accused Obi’s supporters of cyber-bullying, adding that Obi only enjoys support from a section of internet users.
Obviously tired of Omokri’s relentless attacks on Obi, supporters of the Labour Party presidential candidate and other concerned Nigerians have been blasting the self-acclaimed tormentor of President Muhammadu Buhari.
