Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku has completed a loan move back to Inter Milan where Chelsea purchased him for a club record of £97.5m last summer.
Inter will pay a fee of €8m plus add-ons, with the move being subject to a medical.
The Belgian failed to live up to expectations at Stamford Bridge, scoring just eight Premier League goals in 26 outings.
Before his move to Chelsea last summer, Lukaku scored 64 goals in 95 games and helped them to the Serie A title during his time at the club – on a permanent deal.
