The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu has condemned the recent killings and insecurity in the South-East region.
Kanu spoke through his brother, Emmanuel Kanu who paid him a visit in the custody of the Department of State Services (DSS) on Monday.
He stated that the pro-Biafra activist described the killings as senseless and called on those behind the carnage to stop immediately.
Emmanuel Kanu told Vanguard that his elder brother is saddened by the reports of Killings across the South-East region, adding that the IPOB leader does not believe in bloodshed.
Nnamdi Kanu also called on security agents to fish out those behind the current killings in the region, adding that the culprits must be held accountable.
