The exchange rate between the naira and the US dollar opened at ₦416.04/$1 on Tuesday, March 15, 2022, after it closed at ₦416.50 to $1 on Monday, March 14, 2022, going by the data at the FMDQ Security Exchange where forex is traded officially.
Today’s Dollar To Naira Exchange At Black Market
Information from Bureau De Change (BDC) indicates that exchange rate for a dollar to naira at Lagos Parallel Market (Black Market) sees players buy a dollar for N575 and sell for N580 on Tuesday, March 15, 2022.
It is important, however, to note that the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) does not recognise the parallel market (black market), having directed individuals who want to engage in Forex to approach their respective banks.
