See Nigeria’s Position In Latest FIFA Ranking

The Super Eagles of Nigeria moved up four places in the latest ranking of Men’s national football teams released by FIFA earlier today.

Nigeria now ranks 32nd in the latest rankings despite an early exit from the just concluded 2021 African Cup of Nations in Cameroon.

The Super Eagles rank third behind Morocco(second) and AFCON 2021 winners, Senegal, which ranks first in Africa.

Others behind Nigeria are 2021 AFCON finalists, Egypt, Tunisia, Cameroon, Algeria, Mali, and the Ivory Coast.

AFCON defending champion, Senegal currently sits at the 18th position in the world ranking.

VANTAGE NEWS reports that the number one team in the world ranking remains Belgium followed by Brazil, France, Argentina, England, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, and Netherlands.
