Information from Bureau De Change (BDC) indicates that exchange rate for a dollar to naira at Lagos Parallel Market (Black Market) sees players buy a dollar for N567 and sell for N570 on Tuesday morning, January 24, 2022.
It is important, however, to note that the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) does not recognise the parallel market (black market), having directed individuals who want to engage in Forex to approach their respective banks.
