There is pandemonium in Umuolu, Obuzor community in Ukwa West Local Government Area of Abia State following the killing of 3 soldiers in the area.
VANTAGE NEWS learnt that unknown assailants stormed the community last night, shot the soldiers on patrol and burnt their bodies.
A resident who spoke on the condition of anonymity told our correspondent that people are leaving the community in droves over fear of retaliation by soldiers.
A top military source informed VANTAGE NEWS that soldiers attached to the 14 Brigade in Ohafia are reportedly on their way to the community.
