A Senator that represented Kaduna Central at the 8th national assembly, Shehu Sani, has suggested alternative destinations for Nigerians to go instead of Dubai.
Senator Sani’s advice follows the ongoing diplomatic row between Nigeria and the United Arab Emirates.
After the UAE reduced Nigerian airline, Air Peace to one flight into the country from three flights, the Nigerian Government on Thursday in a letter through the NCAA Director-General, Musa Nuhu, reduced the flights of Emirates Airlines to just one per week.

Reacting to the situation, Senator Sani took to his verified Twitter handle and wrote, “Enough of this humiliation by the UAE; Must you go there?. Those of you who want to shop, go to Kano or Aba or Onitcha but avoid Mondays. If it’s good Hotels and amusement parks,go to Lagos or Port. Fireworks go to Borno; And if you just want to sleep & rest, just come to Kaduna.”
