The official rate today, Wednesday December 1, is $1 dollar to naira = ₦413.79/$1.
The exchange rate between the naira and the US dollar opened at ₦413.79/$1 on Wednesday, after it closed at ₦415.07 to a $1 on Tuesday, 30 November 2021, going by the data at the FMDQ Security Exchange where forex is traded officially.

Today’s Dollar To Naira Exchange At Black Market
Information from Bureau De Change (BDC) indicates that exchange rate for a dollar to naira at Lagos Parallel Market (Black Market) sees players buy a dollar for N552 and sell for N558 on Wednesday morning, December 1, 2021.
It is important, however, to note that the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) does not recognise the parallel market (black market), having directed individuals who want to engage in Forex to approach their respective banks.
Trading At The Official NAFEX Window
The exchange rate between the naira and the US dollar opened at ₦413.79/$1 on 1st December 2021 after closing at ₦415.07/$1 on November 30th. This shows a difference of 0.05.
Data from FMDQ shows that forex turnover stands at $152.98 million.
