The next Governor of Anambra State, Charles Soludo has been issued a certificate of return by the Independent National Electoral Commission following his victory at last Saturday’s governorship poll.
VANTAGE NEWS had reported that Soludo defeated the candidate of the People’s Democratic Party, Valentine Ozigbo and the flag bearer of the All Progressives Congress, Andy Uba at the election.
In a social media post on Friday, Soludo thanked the people of the state for their support.
He wrote, “I have just received my certificate of return from the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
“Thank you Ndị Anambra for the overwhelming support. This divine mandate shall be deployed for the good of the Anambra public and humanity at large.
“Who can battle with the Lord?”
