World Cup Qualifiers: Rohr Invites Ighalo, 23 Others For Liberia, Cape Verde Fixtures

Super Eagles coach, Gernot Rohr has invited Odion Ighalo back to the Nigerian national team two years after the strike retires from the team.

Rumours were rife last week that the Nigerian Football Federation (NFF) and the Rohr had concluded plans to include Ighalo who plays in Saudi Arabia to the team for the first time since the last African Cup of Nations.

Rohr also invited 23 other players to prosecute the final two matches of the current round of qualification for next year’s FIFA World Cup in Qatar.

The Super Eagles will host Cape Verde but will travel to Morocco to face Liberia.
