Defending champions, Manchester City crashed out of the season’s EFL cup on Thursday after being defeated on penalties by West Ham at the Londo stadium.
The game ended goalless and went straight into penalties
Phil Foden missed City’s first penalty while West Ham converted all theirs to send the defending champions packing from the competition.
