German champions FC Bayern Munich are reportedly interested in signing Nigerian international, Victor Osimhen.
Italian journalist and transfer expert Paolo Bargiggia reported that the name of the SSC Napoli striker’s name is on the list of potential successors for Robert Lewandowski (33).
Osimhen, who struggled to assert himself at VfL Wolfsburg as a teenager, has witnessed a remarkable career growth in recent years. From RSC Charleroi (Belgium) and OSC Lille (France), the now 22-year-old was brought to Naples in the summer of 2020 for a whopping 70 million euros.
Osimhen is currently in hot form for Napoli. The Nigerian has scored nine times in the first ten games of the current season.
Bargiggia claims that Napoli could let their striker go in the summer of 2022 from a transfer fee of 100 million euros.
