A senator that represented Kaduna Central in the 8th Assembly, Shehu Sani has hailed the efforts of Obianuju Udeh aka DJ Switch and others during last year’s #EndSARS protest across the country.
Sani stated that the protest awakened the consciousness of Nigerians and recharged the reluctant and the slumbering segments of the society.
In a tweet on Thursday to mark the memorial of those that lost their lives in the Lekki Tollgate massacre carried out by the Nigerian military, Sani described the protest as “a momentous revolutionary event.”
