As shocking as it may sound, a pornographic videos was actually played on a billboard in Port Harcourt today.
The porn video suddenly came up on the billboard at Garrison junction.
Vantage News however was on hand to capture the rupturing moment.
As at the time of filling this report, no reaction has been made by any of the state government representative over the embarrassing moments.
