Tinubu’s Charity Does Not Begin At Home – Reno Omokri

Bola Tinubu

Reno Omokri, a former aide to former President Goodluck Jonathan has blasted All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain, Bola Tinubu for failing to donate to victims of market fire incidents in Yoruba land.

Omokri, who was reacting to the donation of N50 million to victims of the Katsina market fire by Tinubu, accused the APC chieftain of not being charitable at home.

He tweeted, “Bola @AsiwajuTinubu, who didn’t visit or donate one kobo to victims of the Sasa market crisis, or to victims of the Ijesha market fire in Lagos, has today donated ₦50 million to victims of the Katsina market fire. Obviously, Tinubu’s charity does not begin at home.”

“Bola @AsiwajuTinubu did not donate money for: Ijesha market fire, Lagos (January 17, 2021), Alade market fire, Lagos (January 26, 2021), Sabo market fire, Oyo (March 4, 2021).

“But he donated ₦50 million for victims of Katsina Market Fire. Are SW victims not humans?” he asked.
