Senator Sani Shades African Leaders Over Re-elected 77-Year-Old Congolese President

A former senator representing Kaduna Central, Shehu Sani, has thrown a jibe at African leaders following the re-election of Congolese President, Daniel Nguesso.

Nguesso was announced winner of the elected held on Sunday after securing 88% of the total votes cast.

The 77-year-old incumbent president will extend his 36-year rule.

Sani in a tweet, stated that the 77-year-old incumbent president who will extend his 36-year rule will soon start receiving congratulatory messages from other African leaders.

He tweeted, “Re-elected President Daniel Nguesso will soon receive congratulatory messages from his African counterparts.”
