The International Women’s Day celebrated every year on March 8 is a global day that appreciates the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women.
The 2021 UN theme for International Women’s Day is “Women in leadership: Achieving an equal future in a COVID-19 world.”

This #InternationalWomensDay I salute all the women around us who are breaking barriers through their efforts every day. I'm fortunate to have strong women in my life who have been pillars of strength and support throughout my life.

Monday's #InternationalWomensDay is an opportunity to:
☑️ challenge gender norms
☑️ empower each other

A society without empowered women becomes dysfunctional. I dream of a Pakistan where women excel in every field and play leading roles. #InternationalWomensDay

This & every #InternationalWomensDay I stand with all the women & girls who have suffered from toxic masculinity, from the effects of the patriarchy & misogyny
You are all Princesses & Queens
But we know that a title doesn’t protect you
When you speak up, I will always listen

You can break down a woman temporarily. But a real woman will always pick up the pieces, rebuild herself and come back stronger than ever. 😌💞#WomensDay#internationalwomensday2021 pic.twitter.com/Hlt3RkNS56
