Popular Yoruba Rights Activist, Sunday Adeyemo, aka Sunday Igboho, has told the Federal Government that there will be serious protests in the South-West over the freezing of his accounts.
Igboho claimed that his accounts were frozen by the FG because of funds in the form of donations being collected by people.
He recently became popular after ordering Fulani herdsmen in Ibarapa, Oyo State to vacate the land, accusing them of masterminding killings, kidnappings and many other criminal activities.
Igboho, who spoke to Vanguard, said he has no hands in the donations, warning that the situation would lead to massive protests in South-West geopolitical zone.
He said, “They have frozen my bank accounts because I am fighting a just course. I know Yoruba people are behind me.
“I will not relent. I must achieve my aims by putting an end to criminalities in Yorubaland.
“If they refuse to release my accounts, there will be serious protests across the South-West.
“Yes, the Yoruba are living in fear. They are afraid that the killer-herdsmen might attack them.
