A former minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, has promised to give the sum of N1 million to anyone that provides a video evidence of the Catholic Bishop of Sokoto Diocese, Matthew Kukah inciting violence against Muslims.

Fani-Kayode, said this while reacting to the call by an Islamic group, the Muslim Solidarity Forum for Kukah to either leave the seat of the caliphate or tender and unreserved apology to the Muslim community and cease from making statements against Islam.

Through a tweet, the former minister said that Kukah did not attack Islam and has nothing to apologise about.

He praised Kukah for always seeking for religious tolerance and peaceful-coexistence between Christians and Muslims.

“If anyone can provide me with a video of Kukah calling for violence against Muslims or inciting people against Islam I will give him one million naira.”
