The two youth representatives in the Lagos State Panel of Judicial Inquiry probing police brutality and the alleged shooting of #EndSARS protesters by soldiers at the Lekki tollgate have rejoined the panel after boycotting proceedings last Saturday.
The two youth representatives, Oluwarinu Oduala and Temitope Majekodunmi, boycotted proceedings in protest against the freezing of the accounts of 20 #EndSARS protesters by the Federal Government in collaboration with the Central Bank of Nigeria.
It made the panel led by retired Justice Doris Okuwobi to suspend sittings for a week.
One of the youth representative in the panel, Oduala is among the 20 #EndSARS protesters whose accounts were frozen.
Upon resumption of sitting, Okunobi said that the panel could n9t form a quorum without the youths, insisting that the panel had no option but to abandoned sitting for one week.
At the sitting today, the panel will take the testimony the Nigerian Army today at the sitting.
