Leader of the Boko Haram sect, Abubakar Shekau, and 85 other members of the terrorist group have been declared wanted by the Nigerian Army.

The Commandant, Operation Lafiya Dole, Major General Farouk Yahaya, on Wednesday, declared them wanted for terrorism.

Some of those in the list include; Abubakar Shekau, leader of the Boko Haram sect; Abu Musa Al Barnawi, Modu Sulum, Malkam Umar, Bello Husba, Yan Kolo, Ibrahim Abu Maryam, Baka Kwasari, Bana Gonna, Mohammed Abu Maryam, Abu Imma, and Abu Dardda.

The Chief of Army Staff, Tukur Buratai, released the list alongside the Governor of Borno State, Babagana Zulum, at the Nigerian Army Super Camp in Chabbal, Konduga local government area of Borno state.
