Manchester United bounced back to winning ways by defeating Everton 3-1 away from home.
Brazilian, Bernard gave Everton the lead in the 19th minute before Bruno Fernandes levelled the scores through a headed ball in the 25th minute.
Fernandes bagged a brace after culling in a cross that was originally meant for Marcus Rashford into the Everton net in the 32nd minute of the encounter.
Everton pressed high in the second half hoping to level the scores but an injury time Edison Cavani goal sealed the victory for the underfire Ole Gunnar Solksjaer side.
The goal becomes Cavani’s first for United since signing on a free during the transfer window.
