Rapper Falz The Bad Guy officially clocked 30 years on earth today and he has seized the moment to pray for Nigeria.
Falz is one of many celebrities that have been at the forefront of the #EndSARS protest which rocked entire Nigeria in the last two weeks.
Coinciding with the rapper’s birthday is one week of the shooting of unarmed #EndSARS protesters by the Nigerian army which eventually caused an abrupt end of the protest and subsequent hijack of the protest by hoodlums who seized the opportunity to embark on wanton destruction and looting.
In a post on his verified Twitter handle, Falz, who is also a lawyer and son of a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Femi Falana, said it is a mixed feeling for him today being a week “since we lost our brave soldiers at the toll gate”.
Commemorating his 30 years on earth, Falz said a simple prayer for Nigeria.
“I pray for a much better tomorrow. I pray for a Nigeria that I can truly be proud to call home”.
